Il est également l'auteur du ''Talmud Esser Sefirot'' (''Étude des dix Sefirot''), œuvre jugée incontournable parmi les kabbalistes de notre génération. Né à Varsovie, il émigra en [[w:Palestine mandataire|Palestine mandataire]] à l'âge de 36 ans et mourut à Jérusalem trente-trois ans plus tard.
